If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow the item to be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.

Once the item is received, we will refund the full price of the original product and shipping charges or resend a replacement free of charge at our expense. Use this solution only if Yourrealdoll.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Incorrect order (item size) or unwanted items, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We can also allow returns if the customer wants to return the item for their own reasons. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the following two parts:

Shipping costs both ways (to and from our warehouse)
20% of the total order value. (Platform payment transaction fees, labor commissions and service fees)
Customers need to provide us with the shipping tracking number and proof of payment, and we will arrange a refund immediately upon receipt of these.
