Refund policy:

If the product that needs to be returned or replaced has a quality defect: Within three days of receiving the product, please contact us: yourrealdoll-serve@outlook.com. We will replace it with a new product that is the same as the original faulty product or refund you. You can only return items in their original condition. Please do not return the goods without notice.

The exchange acceptance period is 3 days from the date of product delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment automatically credited within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
